Why should I book direct with you?

Booking direct with us is cheaper than on Airbnb or Booking.com because there are no platform service fees. You only pay for the nights and the final cleaning – and you have Christian as your direct contact on site.

How do I book?

Choose your dates on the Book direct page or on the page of the villa you like. You’ll see straight away whether the villa is available and what your stay costs in total. Once you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

How much does a villa cost per night?

From €99 per night for the whole villa in low season, plus final cleaning. Prices are higher in summer. The booking calendar shows the exact price and minimum stay for your dates.

How can I pay?

By PayPal or bank transfer to our Wise or Revolut account. Paying in cash on arrival is also possible – in that case a 30 % deposit is due by PayPal, Wise or Revolut when you book.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Yes, cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. After that we charge 50 % of the rental price, and 100 % from 7 days before arrival or in case of a no-show. Full details are in our booking terms.

Can I book both villas together?

Yes. Both villas are close to each other in Coral Bay and together sleep up to 12 guests – ideal for families and groups of friends. Just send us a quick WhatsApp.

Can I stay longer or spend the winter?

Yes. In winter we also rent both villas by the week or month: €700 per villa per week or €2,500 per villa per month, from December to February, including electricity and final cleaning.
