Booking Terms

These terms apply to bookings made directly with us via this website, by email or WhatsApp. The landlord is Kiekmann Trading Ltd, Groumperon C20, Coral Bay Village, 8575 Peyia, Cyprus.

Booking

By submitting the booking form you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your booking by email.

Payment

• Payment by PayPal or bank transfer (Wise or Revolut).
• Cash payment on arrival is possible. In this case a 30 % deposit is due by PayPal, Wise or Revolut when you book; you pay the balance on arrival.
• You will receive the payment details with your booking confirmation.

Cancellation

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge – we refund any payments already made in full.
• 13 to 8 days before arrival: 50 % of the rental price.
• From 7 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 100 % of the rental price.

Please cancel in writing by email or WhatsApp. The time we receive your cancellation is decisive.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
• Self check-in via a key box – you will receive the details before you arrive.

House rules

• Smoking on the terrace only.
• Pets by arrangement.
• The maximum number of guests stated in the booking must not be exceeded.
