How much does a villa cost per month in winter?

In December, January and February a villa costs €2,500 per month for up to 6 guests – including electricity and final cleaning.

Can I stay for just a few weeks?

Yes. From December to February we also rent by the week for €700 per villa per week, including electricity and final cleaning – this often works out better than a whole month, as full months aren’t always available.

Is the villa warm enough in winter?

Yes. The villas have air conditioning and heating, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. The electricity for this is included in the price.
