We had the pleasure of staying at Christian's Villa in Coral Bay, Paphos, during our visit for a family wedding. The Villa left us truly amazed. It provided the ideal amount of space for our family, including my wife, our two children, and my brother and his wife. The pool was a fantastic feature, especially for keeping the kids entertained. The breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, particularly during sunrise, were nothing short of spectacular. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, allowing us to save on dining expenses, and the nearby grocery store provided a delightful shopping experience. Christian was an exceptionally attentive host, readily addressing our questions, especially valuable as new visitors to Cyprus. The magical walk down to the seaside cliffs added a touch of enchantment to our stay, and the easy and convenient bus service to Coral Bay Beach and Paphos Harbor made exploring the area a breeze. Großes Haus in sehr zentraler Lage. Christian ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Host. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich super, braucht aber ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail, was aber normal zum Saisonende ist :)Die Dachterrasse ist super und unsere Kinder durften bis spät abends im Pool laut sein, ohne dass sich jemand daran gestört hat. The house is big with a good usable kitchen and three bathrooms. It was clean and is within walking distance to coral bay restaurants and even the beach which is about a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. The pool is shared between other villas however we did not see anyone else using it during our stay. The beds are comfortable but could have done with some more furnishings as there was only one very small pillow per person and there are no mirrors in any of the rooms. The outdoor furniture was not well kept and quite dirty so could do with a clean, same goes for the pool which is why we did not use it. Overall our main issue was with the AC which is set on a timer - which Christian did fix and increase to 4hours however this is not clear in the listing. Christian was helpful and brought us a fan also so no issue. Overall good place could do with a bit of a spruce to make it more modern and some of the items such as towels definitely need replacing as they’re very old.

Schöne Unterkunft zum Aufenthalt in Umland von Paphos. Zum Flughafen benötigt man ca. 20 Minuten. In der kleinen Stadt selber sind Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung sind einige Anbieter für Aktivitäten. Quadtouren durch den Akamas-Nationalpark sind zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft besticht mit seiner Aussicht, den Pool und einer schönen Dachterasse. Ausflugsziele, wie das Schiffswrack, Turtle Beach, Lara Beach, die Akamas Schlucht sind nach kurzer Fahrtzeit erreichbar. Es empfiehlt sich die Nutzung von Quads.
